what i watch in my free time

i dont know why this made me laugh. i was just thinking at the end that she probably signs off her emails with "love and light". lol every time i talk to people like that i'm half really fascinated half just o.O ....but some of my friends say i talk like this too O.O

i'm onto my 4th night in ubud and i'm so fascinated by all this "spiritual"/diet movements (most of it probably only fueled after eat-pray-love)... i've gone for sessions at the yoga barn, tried those ayurvedic (did i spell it right?) stuff where they pour oil onto my chakra points and "heal" me, had my raw juices at kafe and breakfast at alchemy...and also last night i went for some crystal bowl meditation thing which made me fall asleep. i'm not crazy about such things but neither am i a vehement skeptic that dismisses everything "unscientific" without trying them out and taking time to ask. i'm just fascinated by the "logic" behind it (if any) and what people into it really think about??? my kind hosts have also given me small pockets of opportunities to observe and read up abit about the hindu-animistic religion that the balinese really believe in aside from these mostly ubudian expat julia roberts stuff...thats really tons more fascinating and has some genuinely good philosophies/practices i'd love to find out more about. but all this for another story!
