small pictorial update

my favourite charsiew burger, the charsiew sliders we prepared for a party, the first latte i pulled! separate times with rui and vanya at papa. only convenient place for coffee after school, with a car. spent that week meeting up with various couchsurfers; vanya for instance is a russian film maker who speaks and writes PERFECT CHINESE (mindblown!!! always lots of respect for people who master the language) and kind of doesnt "belong anywhere". when i met him he was literally living in our national library. i also met daniel who was the son of some german ambassador, and heard so many fantastic and crazy stories. thats what i love about meeting people. it was a really good week.

really good bruschetta at simply bread just yesterday. also i am officially lactose intolerant, so no more milk in my coffee! my dog who is CUTE AS HELL and whom i love SO MUCH. my bosses at the cafe bought the most adorable raleigh bike for only 200ish, and one weekday night where ben gibbard sang his heart out to me! man...i wanted to die when he sang my favourite song. i had a shirt that said "look here ben gibbard!" lol. also, many nights spent having supper at thomson with some of my best friends from school, too much good food in the area.

also spent a weekend away from school in bangkok. all i did was really eat a hell lot of good food, and get really good massages. i love greyhound cafe, the food's so affordable and delicious. weekends in singapore are mostly spent in the cafe earning my keep.

currently some of my favourite places to hang out in on quiet weekdays in singapore! AND THOSE ARE CHAIRS MADE OF PAPER!

last week, in the spirit of spontaneity, i went to a fortune teller who told me all about my life in the next 15 years, planned a trip to KL this weekend 3 weeks before exams, and booked a 2 week trip in august that im really excited about! for now...think i am going to meander slowly along with the masses. do whats important for my grades. try to be happy?
